Kids Ministry Senior Director is a full-time position responsible for overseeing and directing a comprehensive and effective children’s ministry (birth through 5th grade) that accomplishes the mission and vision of College Ave Church — to help children know, love, and follow the real Jesus. This person will ensure that the programs, personnel, policies, environment, and team culture work together to create an ideal atmosphere for families and achieve the desired goals and outcomes of the ministry and church.
